Sell every processor. Keep one back office.
Derived is partnered with most major processors and works with independent agents, ISO offices, and referral partners. Bring your first opportunity or an established portfolio and use the operating model that fits your business.
One portfolio. A model you can inspect.
A broad processor and POS portfolio
Derived supports a broad range of processor and POS relationships so partners can focus on merchant fit instead of forcing every business into one product. Specific availability still depends on underwriting, merchant requirements, program eligibility, and current partner terms.
Start with one opportunity or an established book
There is no portfolio-size minimum to begin the conversation. Derived works with experienced industry professionals as well as partners bringing their first qualified opportunity.
Documented residuals and reporting
Residual splits, payment schedules, and reporting are documented in the partner agreement. Partners receive line-item reporting that makes the underlying activity visible.
Tell us about your book.
Share the operating model, portfolio experience, and support model you want to discuss.
Put the responsibilities in writing.
Ownership terms in writing
In most program structures, the partner retains ownership of their merchant book. The exact ownership, transfer, and exit terms are stated in the written agreement for the selected program.
Choose the support model
Derived can handle installation, programming, merchant support, and escalations, or the partner can remain more directly involved. Responsibilities are chosen and documented rather than assumed.
Training across the supported portfolio
Derived provides training across supported systems. How quickly a partner begins quoting depends on prior industry experience and completion of the training required for the relevant program.
A business-day response from the partner team
The partner team responds to completed inquiries within one business day. Submitted information is used for the Derived partnership conversation and is not added to outside lists or unrelated marketing programs.
